A veggie-packed power bowl never disappoints 🙌🏼
It’s no surprise by now that I love a good plant-based salad or grain bowl. 🥗 The Asian Fusion Power Bowl from copperbranch is a great option for a nutritious take-out or sit-down meal on busy nights. For this bowl, I selected a base of quinoa/mixed greens and tofu as the protein choice. The bowl also included edamame, kimchi, beets, carrots, broccoli, sprouted mung beans, spiced chickpeas, goji berries, black sesame seeds, and a general tao sauce.
This dish was packed with great sources of plant-based protein such as tofu, edamame, mung beans, quinoa, and chickpeas. This bowl was also full of dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Talk about a nutritionally-dense meal!! 🤗
